At Marley’s Delights, we are committed to making your shopping experience as delightful and hassle-free as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help in every way we can.

  • Treats: All treats purchased are eligible for a full refund if returned within the first week of purchase.
  • Opened Treats: If your dog isn’t satisfied with our treats, we’re happy to accept returns of opened packages within the first week of purchase for a full refund. Your pet’s happiness is our priority.
  • Toys, Apparel, and Accessories: As these items are shipped and sourced from overseas, we will make every effort to process returns and provide replacements. However, we cannot guarantee a replacement for these items due to external constraints.
  • Faulty Products: If any product is found to be faulty, we will issue a full refund to ensure you’re not inconvenienced.

Street Fashion For you

Non-Refundable Items: All custom-made items are non-refundable. Once your order has been sent to production, no edits can be made. You may cancel your order before production begins, and we will refund the shipping costs; however, production costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders (Size/Color): If the wrong size or color is selected, Marley’s Delights is not responsible, and replacements or refunds cannot be provided. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.
